Meet The Chef
Julia Arem is a 18-year-old Senior at Sierra Canyon High School. Her dream is to become a world class pastry chef, and launch her own line of pop-culture inspired Cupcakes and Desserts.
Julia discovered she had a thyroid condition which made her sensitive to Gluten and Soy. Unfazed, she began creating incredible tasting pastries that were also health conscious, with the goal that good food should also taste good.
She believes in creating extraordinary flavor sensations without sacrificing taste, texture, or quality. Julia's desserts focus on interesting textures and thoughtful integration of savory and sweet cakes and icing.
Julia will be attending the Culinary Institute of America, and plans expand her own national line of health conscious desserts.
